Light, minimalist, and serene, it offers a place to slow down, pause, and reconnect amidst the pace of everyday life.
The interior is defined by a refined minimalist aesthetic, enriched with bespoke design elements. For the reception and communal areas, we created custom sculptural light fixtures that serve as functional art pieces and become the focal point of the space.
A distinctive feature of the project is the flooring, crafted from microcement with ceramic inlays. The inlay pattern was developed from our original sketches, adding a subtle layer of craftsmanship and individuality to the interior.
The soft, flowing forms of the suspended fabric lighting are balanced by the sophisticated finishes of the custom furniture and steel detailing found throughout the technical lighting elements.
Warmth and intimacy are introduced through wall sconces and the illuminated glass-block reception and bar area, where honey-toned backlighting creates a welcoming glow.
The project features furniture by renowned European design brands, including "Tacchini", "Glas Italia", and "Friends & Founders".
