While working on the future layout we considered possible future changes in clients’ lives. This way, one of the bedrooms which belongs to the older son can be easily transformed into the second lounge.

Minimalist interior is filled with many gorgeous tactile textures of natural stones and wood. A kitchen island is totally made of quartz while bathrooms interiors and a hallway are decorated with marble. Wooden wall paneling made according our drafts is decorating the spaces of master and living rooms.

Interior design of this penthouse is fully automated which means you can control the climate, lighting and acoustic systems as well. Minimalistic ventilation grills “Invisiline” are also used in this project.

In the united kitchen – living area we organized a comfortable kitchen island combined with the dining table. A fluffy “Poliform” modular sofa made it possible enjoy the fireplace and a tv on one side and experiencing a gorgeous view with a glass of red on the other. The partition wall with integrated fireplace and TV is hiding the second bedroom with design “B&B” furniture.

A master bedroom block is located behind the kitchen and has bedroom itself and a specious bathroom. For convenience, we planned the second door in the bathroom into the hall area.

In the master block area we used such brands as “Poliform”, “Cea” и “Salvatori”.
