This section presents visualizations of the ground floor of the residence, where the main spaces for everyday family life, relaxation, and wellness are thoughtfully brought together.

The central element of the composition is the staircase area, conceived as an architectural space inspired by the aesthetics of a Japanese garden. Natural stone compositions and restrained landscape detailing create an atmosphere of calm and visual serenity, forming a meditative transition between the different levels of the home.

Descending the staircase, we enter the dining area seamlessly connected with the kitchen. The kitchen is designed around the new 2025 collection by Simatic. The dining space features a table by Cassina, complemented by chairs from Gallotti&Radice. The interior is further enriched with display systems by Rimadesio, which create a graphic architectural composition while serving as elegant showcases for objects and decorative pieces.

From the dining and kitchen area, the layout flows naturally into the lower living room — a family-oriented leisure space combining both lounge and entertainment zones. The interior includes a projection system designed for movie viewing experiences. The focal point of the room is the sofa composition by Minotti, featuring the 2025 Yves collection. The composition is complemented by the Emmi armchair, one of the brand’s most iconic and beloved pieces. Lighting is carefully composed through ceiling fixtures and a floor lamp by Vibia, creating a soft and comfortable lighting atmosphere throughout the space.

This level of the home also accommodates a private spa area and gym, dedicated to wellness, recovery, and physical activity. The spa area is equipped with sanitary fittings by Cea, featuring the Giotto collection. The walls and floors are finished in natural stone combined with small-format tiles by Mutina, creating a delicate tactile texture and refined material palette. The shower area incorporates a hammam with a steam system, enhancing the restorative character of the space.

The gym is finished with custom veneered wall panels produced according to sketches developed by our studio. This bespoke solution creates a warm architectural envelope while reinforcing the overall concept of the home, where natural materials and custom-designed interior elements play a defining role.
