Our team developed this showroom apartment for a luxury real estate developer in Marbella, Spain. The project became a valuable and inspiring experience for our studio, resulting in an authentic interior infused with a refined sense of local character and understated luxury.

The concept is rooted in a warm, nature-inspired palette, where natural materials play the leading role. Travertine, wood, and textured mineral plaster create a tactile environment that feels deeply connected to the surrounding landscape.

Particular attention was given to incorporating ethnic influences. These elements are thoughtfully integrated into the minimalist architectural framework, adding depth and individuality while preserving the calm and refined atmosphere of the space.

The apartment is divided into public and private zones. The living area combines the lounge, kitchen, and terrace into one cohesive space, while the private wing consists of two master suites and a children’s room.

The focal point of the living and dining area is a sculptural travertine fireplace composition around which a comfortable lounge setting is arranged. The dining area, furnished with pieces by Tacchini, is accentuated by oversized Vibia pendant lights that create an intimate atmosphere and visually define the space. The kitchen was custom-designed by our studio, with all appliances seamlessly integrated into concealed cabinetry to maintain clean lines and a sense of visual calm.

The master suites are designed in a warm, neutral palette that promotes relaxation and comfort. Rich layers of natural textiles, soft textures, and muted tones enhance the feeling of coziness and understated elegance.

The children’s area is designed for two children and includes dedicated spaces for rest, study, and play. All furniture was custom-designed by our studio and produced specifically for this project.

The interior features carefully selected furniture and lighting from leading international design brands, including Minotti, Tacchini, Apparatus, Gallotti&Radice, and Vibia.
