The lounge has been thoughtfully composed around a refined seating arrangement featuring Minotti sofas, creating an atmosphere of comfort and understated elegance. A sculptural pendant by Flos serves as the focal point of the space, complemented by architectural lighting from Delta Light and a decorative floor lamp by Rakumba, which together create a sophisticated and layered lighting experience.
A striking Green Tornado marble element introduces a contemporary accent to the interior, adding depth, character, and a sense of timeless luxury while reinforcing the project’s material palette.
This level also includes the master bedroom and master bathroom. The master bedroom is defined by a harmonious combination of tactile materials and iconic pieces from renowned Italian brands such as Maxalto and Cassina. The lighting concept integrates fixtures by Davide Groppi alongside decorative lighting by Rakumba, enhancing the serene and intimate atmosphere of the space.
The master bathroom is crafted in natural Salvatori stone and features sanitary ware by Antonio Lupi. The restrained material palette and architectural precision emphasize the purity of the design, creating a sophisticated wellness space that reflects the overall character of the residence.
