The apartment interior is conceived within the aesthetic of contemporary minimalism, where architectural clarity, refined proportions, and a carefully curated palette of natural materials define the character of the space.

Grey natural stone, wood veneer paneling, and subtle metal accents form the foundation of the material composition, bringing depth, texture, and a sense of understated sophistication. Every element has been selected to reinforce the architectural language of the interior while maintaining a calm and cohesive atmosphere.

The lighting concept is entirely based on architectural lighting solutions by Delta Light. Renowned for its precision and minimalist design, the Belgian brand allows for the creation of layered lighting scenarios that enhance the spatial experience while remaining visually discreet.

The flooring features large-format engineered oak boards by Denisen. Known for exceptional craftsmanship and the use of oversized planks, the brand contributes to the architectural scale of the project. Boards measuring 450 mm in width and ranging from 2 to 4 metres in length transform the floor into a defining architectural element, emphasizing the openness and continuity of the interior.

The living room and kitchen are seamlessly integrated, forming the primary social space of the apartment. The kitchen is designed around Artematica by Valcucine, one of the brand’s most iconic and technologically advanced collections. The island is executed in Genius Loci, a collection distinguished by its sculptural geometry and architectural presence.

Adjacent to the island, Inga counter stools by Baxter introduce warmth and comfort, while the living area is anchored by a Minotti sofa that establishes an elegant and inviting composition. Additional furnishings by Desalto and Living Divani complete the space, balancing refinement with everyday functionality.

Particular attention was devoted to the apartment’s integrated storage systems, partitions, and interior doors by Rimadesio. Widely regarded as a global benchmark in dressing room systems and architectural interior solutions, Rimadesio is celebrated for its engineering precision, minimalist aesthetics, and exceptional material quality. These elements contribute to the visual purity of the interior while providing highly functional storage solutions.

The bedroom continues the project’s restrained and sophisticated material palette. A glass Air partition with a pivot mechanism connects the sleeping area to the walk-in wardrobe, creating a sense of transparency and visual lightness. Furnishings by Poliform complement the architecture of the space, while decorative lighting by Delta Light enhances its intimate and serene atmosphere.

The master bathroom forms part of the private suite and is designed as a contemporary wellness space. Sanitary ware by Antonio Lupi is paired with a sculptural bathtub positioned on a naturally stone-clad podium with integrated lighting. The shower system and fittings by CEA Design reinforce the architectural character of the space through their refined detailing and minimalist expression.

One of the most distinctive rooms within the apartment is the home office. Defined by strong lines and a graphic material composition, the space balances focus and comfort. The central furniture piece, Yves by Minotti, serves as the focal point of the room, while a steel pendant light by Flos introduces a sculptural accent and strengthens the overall architectural identity.

The guest bathroom provides a final statement within the project. Designed in a rich graphite palette, it offers a more dramatic interpretation of the apartment’s minimalist language. Antonio Lupi sanitary ware and fittings by Quadrodesign complete the space, combining functionality with refined design.

The project reflects a contemporary vision of minimalism—one that prioritizes architectural integrity, exceptional materials, and carefully selected design pieces. Together, these elements create a timeless living environment where elegance is expressed through restraint, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
